I give a 10 out of 10 to Emma, Kaitlin and James the staff at the Hamilton branch in Terapa for providing exceptional customer service. From the service on the phone, to answering our questions about getting insurance for our other car as well as our home. These guys went the extra mile for us and deserve a payrise. We will definitely use this service in the future. Thank you muchly for all your help and support.

I had to take my Mazda Adela to them after an accident, when they repaired my car it wasnβt done properly and my car leaked water into the boot. I have had to take my car back to them five times, they never found the leak and my car continues to leak. This has been an issue for nearly 6 months.

I had a really bad experience with AMI Motor Hub Hamilton. My car was in for repairs after being hit, and while they did provide courtesy cars, the whole process was stressful and handled badly. The first courtesy car was broken into outside my house ( I understand it's not their fault), but I still had to pay a $750 excess. Then they gave me a second loan car, once that was returned they told me I owed $660 for a tiny 1β2cm dent. The photos they showed as βproofβ didnβt clearly show anything as the before photos were taken far back and then dent is so tiny, but I felt pressured into paying on the spot. After I kept chasing them for weeks, they eventually admitted the charge shouldβve only been $160 and refunded the difference. But only after I harassed them about it multiple times for weeks. On top of that, the communication around fixing my own car was terrible. They told me multiple times it would be ready, only to delay it again and again, and I had to keep following up for any updates myself. Overall, I felt pressured, taken advantage of for being a young female and treated as a joke. If I hadnβt pushed so hard and made such a fuss, I never would have seen a refund. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the unfortunate situation of needing their repair services. The service was top notch and they did an amazing repair and paint job. They keep in phone contact and did a prompt repair. First time to come here and have no hesitation to recommend or return again. We'll done team.

Bad customer service, false hopes. Came here through AMI to get my bumper, bonnet, lights fixed as it was involved in an accident. RepairHub did an estimation and gave me booking after 4 weeks. Meanwhile, they said they are going to order parts and should just take 2-3 days to fix it and just applied duck tapes all over. Just gave my car in on 24th July and it's still not done. After having called them multiple times they let me speak with their manager and said the car is still not fixed. The lady on the Front desk just says she doesn't know when will it be done and the manager just says the car needs to be scanned and repaired, etc.

I never usually make time to write these reviews - but this team deserves it (Hamilton Hub) - amazing people / front staff, super friendly service, super on to it female front person - very professional, accomodating all round service, provided door to door uber transport to and from home and left my car looking amazing - i think it was also washed?! Its so appreciated when you get service like this.

Amazingly professional. Great place. However, although my comments about the staff remain, I have edited my previous recommendation. This is because I have now discovered that the business is linked to an insurer and will not tell the vehicle owner what the estimated amount to do the repair is. They will only tell you whether it is over or under the excess on your policy. That is just not good enough - if the quote was only a small amount over my excess I would want to know and would pay for the repairs myself (elsewhere) so as not to lose my no claims bonus. Their advertising claims that they are acting for the benefit of the insured vehicle owner yet it seems to me that they are acting for the benefit of the insurance company involved?

Absolutely amazing place. First the welcome from the reception was warm kind and caring the staff did an amazing job explained in detail the work being done and the time it will take. The added convenience of the courtesy car was great. An amazing workshop clean organized and well presented. The repair work was impressive great quality work done cannot fault it. Chris you run an amazing team will recommend and in future use your services (let's hope we don't need more work done haha) definatly worth the 5 stars
