We were looking for a Spa that matched our budget and requirements, Craig was friendly, listened to our needs and suggested a couple of great options. I called into Wrights Hot Springs today to ask a couple of questions about my spa. Ethan was so helpful. He gave me all the information I required and even wrote down the specific details. I was very impressed with the service he gave. I purchased my spa from Wrights 9 years ago and they were so helpful at the time of purchase and always have been. They are the best spa pool providers in the country and I would thoroughly recommend them.
Before purchasing a Hotsprings spa I checked parts availability.(emails to prove). Shane assured me ALL parts were available. I then purchased the spa and go to order the part I need to be told Shane mis-lead me. That Part is not available. Very very disappointing. Extremely poor service from Wrights spa pools.
