Phenomenal selection, including uncommon ingredients like asfoetida and raw cacao butter. I was surprised at how good their prices are - I compared some of my frequent purchases (tofu, chia seeds) against what I typically spend at New World and Liberty was significantly cheaper. This will be our go-to grocery store from now on!
Unhappy and bad experiences that two small papers bags used containing bananas to be prohibited by one clerk, so not to go the shop again. Moreover, the bananas had not maturity and could not be eaten until one week later two months ago when I bought them.
Large store, like a warehouse, with fresh organic produce, chilled and frozen products, household and bulk items. A few vegan cheeses; no hummus or spreads. Sign up for the loyalty card to benefit from discounted prices on many items.
I have been shopping at liberty market since it opened. I have always been impressed by their great selection of products especially their fruit and veges, and hard working and honest staff. We are very lucky to have this choice in Christchurch for our organic food shopping.
I have always found the staff, including Lucy, to be very helpful. I couldn't critique them regarding selection, quality and price. But I have issues with the masks, and for that reason I have not shopped there for quite a while. It's blardy tiring what has transpired globally over the last few years. So for service, quality and price. I give them a 5. I do however feel that many people that have historically shopped there are discerning folks that are not fooled by the MSM narritives, thus, there-in lies the issues of bad reviews, it's a real shame. But I wish them all the best.

Any business that claims their bad reviews are 'fake' is obviously not worth trusting. I have personally shopped here before and know many people that have also been at the end of their rude and nasty behaviour. Many more better quality and better customer service at other organic stores.
