Ordered on line in the Uk. Delivered safely on time in NZ, the wonders of the Internet. This isn't the first time I've used New Brighton Florists and they've always delivered a superb offering. A small shop, but very big and personal service.
I purchased 4 bouquets today each one was unique and beautiful, the lady's that were receiving them struggled to choose which one they wanted as they wanted them all. Theresa did the most amazing flowers. I totally recommend flowers from here
Lovely varieties of flowers with AFFORDABLE prices! The lady whome runs the business is very welcoming, and she talks proudly of her shop to me which was lovely. She makes you feel welcoming. When I got flowers for my mom , I had no idea how to keep it preserved but she explained it all to me - the temperature of room to keep it in, cutting off the ends, etc. Her elder mother (I'm assuming) that helps in the front desk is not the best customer service person, but still is a lovely lady!
Absolutely amazing experience, a friend of mine has past away over night and I went to 3 different florists but all were dark flowers, until I walked into nbf, so many beautiful sets, I gave the owner? My budget and asked for a BRIGHT beautiful bundle to go to loved ones and O.M.G she went above and beyond, it was absolutely beautiful

I have used New Brighton Florists for many years and they have ALWAYS made up beautiful flower arrangements no matter what price limit. Pauline is amazing and never fails to impress with the bouquets she makes up!
Made an order on Feb 13 2017, got a confirmation stating delivery will be done Feb 14, 2017 for Valentines Day. The delivery was never made since they claim they couldn't find the address?? Lame excuse since there was a contact number to call for directions. Got a call from the owner yelling at my friend saying i made a mistake on the address so It'll be delivered tomorrow Feb 16, 2017 and there will be no cancellation since she needs the money!! They ruined Valentines Day for my special person since she never got the flowers and ruined my friends day by just being completely rude over the phone by yelling. Not professional at all!! If you like being yelled at by an old lady for being a paying customer, than support NON BRIGHTON FLORIST!!
I recently purchased a large Arrangement from New Brighton Florist. Not sure on what I wanted , Pauline spent the time to discuss different types of arrangements she could make up for me, the end result was spectacular,it was much admired and lasted a lot longer than I expected and it was at a really good price. I will definitely be going back again. Thanks Adie
