   Filigree jewellers are just amazing ! We don’t live in Christchurch and have done all our bespoke design and detailing of two rings remotely with the wonderful team at filagree. Having had one made for myself we went back to get my husbands wedding band updated…. We were able to use the existing gold from his old ring combined either new metal…. Filigree came up with some wonderful design options for us ( on both occasions!) we now have two amazing rings that we both love and couldn’t have got these without the expertise and help that filigree gave us !!! Thanks to Donna , Natasha and the exceptional jeweller at filigree!!

   The team at Filigree are absolutely amazing! My husband first went there for my engagement ring, we both went back and had our wedding bands designed, and we have been back since for special gifts. The team are wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. You can buy jewellery from their gorgeous showroom or have items custom made. They guide you through the whole design process, keeping you in the loop throughout and the jewellery is then crafted on-site. I have never experienced anything like it, they really are so special. Thanks again for everything! ❤️

   I was wanting some old family jewellery remodeled so I consulted with the team at Filigree. From the initial visit, to design drawings to the beautiful finished items, everything was well communicated, stunningly designed and crafted, and the finished pieces were everything I could have hoped for and much more. I am hugely grateful and really happy to have been able to bring the memories of past generations back to life again. Can't recommend highly enough and I now have pieces to treasure forever.    Had such a fabulous experience at Filigree - a special thanks has to go to Brittany. My husband and I visited multiple times, and each time had a welcoming, positive, and insightful experience, especially in contrast to some pushy sales type jewellery stores we had visited. We both ended up getting our wedding bands from here, with Brittany going above and beyond in ensuring we had pieces we loved. Filigree has impeccable craftsmanship, great suppliers, and extensive knowledge of metals and stones. We are so happy we worked with Filigree and would recommend if you are looking for your wedding jewellery or just a timeless, unique piece.

   I cannot recommend more Filigree, their beautiful design and their customer service! I live in Japan and I was looking for a necklace for my husband who used to live in NZ. I was a bit afraid/unsure about buying a necklace online but with Filigree I was completely reassured and they made sure the distance was not an issue. Filigree was absolutely great all along the process despite the distance and the fact we could only communicate by emails: taking time to answer via email, provide advice and work with me on the design, sending me photos, being very flexible regarding the timing to send the package to Japan. The result is absolutely fantastic and the process was super smooth all along the way! I would definitely recommend to use Filigree for anyone abroad who wants to make a special jewelry gift from New Zealand! Thanks a lot :)

   Ended up with a wonderful ring from the stones I had. Very meaningful ring as the peridots are my mother's and my birthstone. The diamonds came from one of Mum's rings. All contact with Filigree from initial contact, the design process and ring making was outstanding. They also repaired an antique brooch for me. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who asks as the place to get jewellery reworked or mended.

   At the time, my fiancé and I had gone to two other Christchurch based jewellers before we were recommended to Filigree. We had surprisingly negative experiences with the other jewellers, who failed to work with us to design a ring we wanted using hairloom diamonds and rings. So when we shared our ideas with Filigree, we were super relieved they listened to us, worked along side us and told us what was possible with what we wanted to try and achieve. Importantly, they didn't try to make our ideas fit something they already had. They did a stunning job designing us a bespoke ring, and we wish we had gone to them in the first instance.
