   Absolutely horrendous. Took my 6 month gorgeous fur baby to get her first proper groom today and was meet with horror when I picked her up. While I was told she had some matting to be taken care of I was told that her coat would be half of what it was when she arrived. My precious girl is bald and unrecognizable. We are in complete shock that this has happened. Please never again feel that you can do that to someones precious pet
