   We have been staying for boarding at Parkavon with my 6 y.o. shiba inu for the first time. Our experience was very smooth, mobile app is easy to use (I booked the boarding via their app), staff is very friendly and involved (at drop off they read through all the instructions with me again to make sure everything is transparent). The dog returned home after 5 days stay healthy, clean and happy. Definitely will come back again!

   Our two dogs recently boarded at ParkAvon for 4 days, this was their first time at a boarding facility. We will definitely be using their services again, it was super easy and stress free for us and the dogs, and very nice seeing pictures of them playing while we were away. A big thanks to all the staff for keeping our dogs happy!

   We cannot speak highly enough of Kerry and Georgia. We took our very timid German Shepherd puppies Willow and Lilly to Kerry for the puppy training course. I was instantly impressed with how friendly and professional Georgia was to deal with when booking them in and she has been absolutely lovely to deal with since. The minute we met Kerry, we knew that we had definitely without a doubt, taken our girls to the right place. The whole experience was new to all of us and my whole family found the lessons fun and informative. Our girls were nervous and shy, but he was so patient with them and never pushed them out of their comfort zone. However, his encouraging and kind nature got the best out of them every week. We cannot recommend Kerry and Georgia’s puppy school classes enough. But it hasn’t stopped there. Kerry and Georgia have gone above and beyond since the course finished to continue to help us bring Willow and Lilly out of their shells. They have visited our home weekly and are now opening up their training field for us. Due to our family circumstances, it’s really important that I have well trained German Shepherds and now with Kerry’s help and advice, I feel much more confident that I can achieve this. We would thoroughly recommend Park Avon Puppy training. Kerry and Georgia’s love for Dogs is so obvious as soon as you meet them. We haven’t used the Kennels as yet, but Kerry has gained two German Shepherds for life! In the future we will not only be enrolling in more puppy training classes, but we will be using the Doggy Day care and Kennels. We cannot thank you both enough for everything you are doing for our family.

   My 13 month old Greyhound and I just compleaded a 4 week manners course. From the start Georgia made everything easy I was unsure of what class would best suit our needs so we arranged a pre training assessment. We met with Kerry, who listened and made me feel that he cared and that he genuinely wanted to show me how to help my dog and I to work together as a team. I really want to say "Thankyou for the last 4 weeks. The great information, training tips with real world advice. Oh and the laughs"

   My husband and I are seriously impressed with the 10/10 customer service here. I called to ask about training options, and the lovely Georgia called me back (after hours, no less!). I got off the phone with a clear plan, feeling heard, supported, and actually excited to start training our furbaby, Phoebe. We had our one-on-one session today with Kerry, who was absolutely wonderful. We walked away with big smiles and a solid plan to help us with Phoebe’s training. Kerry really listened, made us feel welcome, and Georgie was there too, both were full of knowledge, down-to-earth, and even had us laughing. Thank you for your incredible service and expertise. Such a great team…we’ll be recommending you to all our family and friends!

   I have left my husky here multiple times with no issues. She always looks like she is having fun in the photos and they always feed her exactly what i ask her to be fed. They are very accommodating with specific requests and as long as you do your own due diligence as an owner no issues will occur. I.e annual vaccinations and vet checks for your dog, making sure you provide the correct feeding amount while your dog is in their care and any other behavioural or health concerns that kennel staff should be aware of. I have read a lot of reviews surrounding a few who had complaints but have read many more of the positive ones which is why i will continue to use Parkavon kennels!

   Wonderful staff, just love the dogs, highly recommend. Our Miley girl love doggie day care and has had many overnight stays. We have never had any issues she is always happy when picked up.
