Had a good accountant till he disappeared. Firm never told me he left or passed on any details, then invoiced me for $600 with veryyyy vague details around the work that was done. Worse still, I received absolutely no product or outcome for what I paid for. Terrible communication and overpriced (obviously!)

Steer clear. We had to question multiple invoices - - Invoiced for trust services even though the trust hadn't been set up. (Got an invoice in May when the trust wasn't even executed until August) - Invoiced twice for the same thing, different pricing both times with the office manager chasing up why invoice wasn't paid. - Got told a fee for setting up a trust by one director, when signing up told different fee from another. - Xero fees that kept changing with no communication. - My accountant left the firm with noone from the company informing me my accountant had changed. - Had a 5 minute conversation with a director about some structuring (A meeting he forgot about having booked in and ended up in between his other meetings) - Then got sent an invoice for $2213.75.
