Bruce was easy to talk to, and immediately assigned me to Carolyn. Carolyn was great to work with, immediately understanding my needs and carefully and proactively unscrambled the multi-year mess I had made with my NZ taxes caused by my misunderstandings of the NZ/USA tax situation I am in. She was very proactive in recommending the right courses of action and following through both with myself and with the IRD, resulting in their accepting her returns with no fuss whatsoever and resulting in a massive refund on the taxes I had overpaid . She has a client for life.
