Emily guided us through the tumultuous task of buying our first home - an overinflated market and less than desirable personal circumstances meant that despite the fact that buying your first home should be wonderful, it was not a process we enjoyed. However. The glimmer of positivity (aside from owning a home now!) Was the consistency, kind reassurance (even out of office hours), humour, candour, and sound financial advice from Emily. She avoided economic jargon and explained things as clearly as possible, going above and beyond in explaining some things from her own experience, and outside the scope of her role. Move forward several months and my car died on me - Emily again, came to the rescue, assisting in a vehicle loan and showing those same principles with no hesitation.
