   I went to buy some treats, flea and worm treatment and a kennel for my large dog today. The staff who initially helped me were lovely, one younger staff member who said she was new and the older staff member in particular was super friendly, kind and helpful. I went to pay for our things, I was unsure, and a little flustered. I ended up buying the kennel which I now regret, they didn't say there was a no refund policy, even after we indicated that he might not fit it. After 30mins I returned, I realised the kennel would be too small for our Dog, and found another larger more affordable option. I approached the lovely lady I was dealing with initially, we hadn't even opened the box. Mid way through explaining, another lady rudely butted in and said they would not refund for a change of mind. The way she spoke to me was intolerant and rude, she is probably the rudest person I've ever come across in a customer service position. I actually understand that some places have a store credit policy instead of refund (which is annoying) but it's the way she treated me, in front of my kids that made this whole ordeal really awful. We decided to return the kennel still, and now have a store credit of over $300, and no kennel. Will not shop at this branch again.

   Nice staff helpful Denise is a wonderful groomer. Understanding, kind & considerate. I had (just past on) an elderly 16 year old bichon and Denise groomed him on her days off so as it could be done quickly without added stress for him. He was blind and deaf at this stage. I’m very greatful, you made his journey easier ❤️
