I went to see Jain last year due to severe s***** trauma I needed to go through acc due to it being sensitive claims. I was explaining to Jain I get dissociation because of the traumas as well as other symptoms I had. I got sent away and told to contact hillmorton because he couldn't help me. I wasnt to go back until hillmorton was working with me which they refused to do. He basically told me I was discussing my symptoms and I had to many symptoms being brought up that weren't part of the trauma he said. 90% of my symptoms are caused by the s***** trauma) I got told I was not allowed a support person in my appointments because it's acc sensitive claims which I've recently found out from another psychologist is wrong. Some appointments yes you need to be alone, but i was told my partner could not come into ANY appointments. My partner went to come to one with me before i realized this because i was having a hard day and Jain was completely rude to him for attending one of my appointments with me. It was an appointment he should have been allowed to attend with me. Been to a lot of psychologists & my experience here was definitely one of my worst.
