   this place must be good because I'm back with them for a second degree!! first IT then Engineering Tech. I am back with them because I like the small class size. It means you can form a relationship with your tutor/lecturer and this helps with facilitating learning. There is a give and take in the classroom that cannot be achieved at university in a class of 1000 people. With class size seldom exceeding 50 and most classes about 15-20 people (at least in the classes I have taken. I think some other degrees may have a higher number of students eg nursing) its much much easier to take control of your learning and to get the most out of it. A lot of the lecturers also have a passion for what they teach and it shows. Ara suits the mature student and its a more supportive environment than university.
