Turned up with a screeching sound that just started luckily up the road from Te Puna Motors, we were seen in 20 minutes and it took 15 minutes to fix the problem. They were friendly and efficient.
Great care taken to look after the cars and will explain issues that could be on the horizon. Easy to ring and book usually available within a few days. Will be coming back.
Van was stolen after owner picked up the keys did not Secure my van for the night was stolen the following morning upon telling me 12 hours later ever stolen never reported it stolen. I highly recommend you go elsewhere this guy didn’t give one stuff
I had booked my car in for a service change gear box oil and window wipers 2 weeks prior, drop car off at 9am when back at 3pm ( 6 hours later as i had not heard from anyone) and was still not done . Went away again to return at 5pm ( as i still had not heard from anyone it was ready ) and they had only done the service. When i asked why had the other things had not been done he said we where to busy ( but i had booked this 2 weeks prior) he was very rude and didn't care or apologize for not finshing the job or taking 8 hours just to do a service. First time i had been there and would never go back . I would strongly never recommend take a car here .

Ted and Adrian are a great team. Ted has excellent customer service and knows how to get a diagnosis, while Adrian is very skilled. A pity I don't pass Te Puna very often at all otherwise I'd make them my regular
