A very professional and friendly service, from the initial first call to the end outcome (which was very good), Andrew McInnes was amazing. At what was a very difficult and emotional situation his advice and guidance was excellent he focused on the facts of the case and the result. Everything was handled by IR Thompson directly, I was kept updated with a clear overview of the steps, process and they handled all the communications.
