   Earlier this year I consulted Pier Law for a legal matter, and after having to chase up my initial enquiry, an appointment was made. We unfortunately went into lockdown not long before the appointment, and I was not contacted by anyone regarding changing or cancelling my appointment. After the appointment date I received a generic "dear clients the office is closed but we are working from home" email but there was no personal contact regarding my legal matter again, it was just forgotten by them. Recently, I decided through necessity to give them another chance regarding a different matter, and contacted them by phone to see if they could help me. I was promised someone would call me to discuss. I have not heard anything from them. They must not want business if they treat potential clients so unprofessionally.
