Shauna was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my time in NZ. She also helped me pick out a sweater for my husband that has become a fast favorite. Overall, I'm please with my experience and happy to have interacted with such a great employee. 10/10 recommend the Nevada Store and Shauna to help with any of your outdoor gear needs.

Awesome staff. Very helpful. I've been to their store multiple times and every tume, I enjoyed visiting. Product-wise, I don't purchase the outdoor gear. I have purchased their Wolverine boots line because I'm into heritage boots. The products are good, better than most but lower quality compared to my other boots. The ones I bought from them were made in the US but aren't the best quality. That's not the shop's fault though.
Great shop, friendly staff. Just love Merrell products. Today it was the Hydro Moc's, Perfect. Saw a nice shell thats just come in on the way out. Will have to go back and get that as well.

I received great service after buying a pair of shoes in October 2020. There was a bit of an issue with the shoes but Eirwen dealt with it very fairly and professionally. Looking forward to buying my next pair there.
