   I have edited this review which was glowing of the Staff at Hamilton Coffix. Unfortunately that is not the case now. Customers don't just come for the coffee, they come for the atmosphere and the Customer Service where you get service with a smile, they remember who you are, they are able to have small banter conversations. That atmosphere has gone and some new staff members are not interested in customer service which can at its simplest form be done with a smile. The below comments are related to staff members who knew how to lift your spirit. I cant speak highly enough about the service from Rachel. She sees me walking in the door and my coffee is already underway. This is amazing customer service, excellent coffee which keeps me coming back for more. Thank you Rachel

   It's a great coffee shop, the coffee is great, especially for the price. The coffee shop had the great vibes going, but we haven't seen Rach lately, and we haven't seen the vibes either. Service is okay but it's not the same without Rach.

   This place sucks now, used to be good with the previous girls that ran it. Now you have to repeat your order 5 times only for them to still get it wrong and still try to over charge you. Hectic inside as well, the new lady’s are calling people by the wrong names, laughing when they screw up your order, I’m sure what management is trying to do, but it’s not working and they’re losing customers

   Me and my colleagues have been coming to coffix daily for 3-4 years. Love the coffee but more so the service, particularly Nubuko in years gone by and more recently Rachel and Funfun. However, the new staff member (who i understand may be the owner) has created a very notable shift and seems to resent banter and interaction with long time customers. I recommend letting the staff continue with the great job they do, they do not a need micro manager putting them under a microscope. Cheers

   This has become a favourite café for me in the CBD and coffee is cheaper than other places. Service is good too, especially Funfun who is really friendly and sweet. Whenever she sees me walking here to get my morning coffee, she always knows what I want and will go inside to start making it before I arrive

   Good priced drinks. Friendly staff. Unfortunately my coffee tasted like instant coffee. The creamer disappeared in less than 5 sips. 4 stars reflects price and fast service.
