I had the best time at Timezone! The whole place was a total vibe — lights, games, energy, all of it. What made it even better was the customer service from Billie. Billie was super friendly, patient, and actually made the experience way more fun, helping me out with the games and making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care, but Billie went above and beyond. I’ll 100% be going back — Timezone was a blast. Thanks billie
Good variety of arcade games and good value packages. Had a great night and wanted to mention Billie-May who worked there. She is an asset to your business. Her customer service and friendly personality is a real vibe and I can see how amazing she was when engaging with all customers including ourselves.

We had so much fun visiting time zone while we stayed in Christchurch. A large variety of arcade games from classics to new on offer. The ticket shop was packed with amazing prizes and offers. Friendly staff ready to help if needed. Toilets are like going through a maze however once there are clean and sanitary. A great experience!
The place is so nice and alive… they’ve got the funko pop that I’ve been looking for my life (woah) hihi… also staff are nice too, keep up the good work :)
Just spent half an hour with the family at Timezone reliving my youth. Had a blast. The staff kindly let me win on a Mario Kart challenge. Nice one guys. Definitely be back
Fantastic venue. Great place for a party. There was plenty of entertainment for the younger siblings too. Jack and James were great! All the staff were really friendly. We had a great afternoon! The pinball machine was a favourite of mine.
Our first visit to a Timezone with the kids (4 & 6yo) and it was a hit! The kids had a great time and the staff there were super helpful with the myriad of questions my son asked them. A great option on a rainy day, particularly this Timezone as I suspect Riccarton etc would be much crazier. Thanks, we'll be back.
Easy 5 stars. The games aren't crammed in like other places. The staff were cleaning down the machines which I thought was great!! Really clean and tidy place. Kids were happy with selection of games and left with prizes was a win win. Will happily return.
