   Kpi3000 pod once again faulty , even had a faulty one that didn't work when I was still in the shop and they didn't even bother to acknowledge it let alone replace it. Again today, another faulty one, sort it out woolston discount vape , I've emailed head office so now it's your part to do right by your customers for once and replace faulty items as per your refund and retuen policy's on your website.

   Normally I really like the customer service. I went in last night 18/10/2025 brought a vape IGET LUNA the kit so with the battery and another pod, but when I got home it was faulty. Took it back today to say this isn't my fault, and can I swap it for a new one as due to it been faulty. The guy was very rude said no try super gluing the part that kept coming off the little magnets that clicks the pod and battery together. Or try getting a hold of the manufacturer. Well not my job to do that. Came home tried to glue it, and now it's stuffed completely. Was like the guy just couldn't be bothered.

   Absolute rip offs that don't comply with NZ acts and regulations. There's no child safety lock and the pod leaked juice into the device within 5 hours of purchase. Discount Vapor woolston refused to refund or replace the faulty product, they lied about NZ consumer rights act blatantly and to add further insult they said to plug-in the device to charge it knowing it had had moisture in it, this is a serious problem that the shop staff gave dangerous advice that could lead to electrical fire or electric shock, this advice is contradictory of the manufacturer's instructions. To sum it up, illegal products being sold illegally, NZ laws not being adhered too and dodgey rude staff who rip off New Zealanders

   I want to raise a complaint about my experience at your store today. I already have an account with you and I’m 24 years old, but I forgot my ID card. Instead of trying to verify me through my account details or offering any solution, I was told I couldn’t buy the vape. This is absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense at all. What made this worse is that when my husband went in right after me, he was able to purchase it without any problem using his ID. It feels inconsistent and unfair. This kind of service is super frustrating and really disappointing. I expect more professionalism and consistency from your staff. If you require ID, then it should apply the same way to everyone not just pick and choose who to sell to.

   I have purchased the IGET Bar Plus device twice, and on both occasions, the top cap has popped off, exposing the battery. Despite repeatedly trying to reattach the cap, it continues to come off easily and can be easily lost. This might indicate a design flaw.
