   My friend and I had never tried rock climbing before and weren't sure what to expect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time and felt safe using the equipment. I would recommend for anyone wanting to try something new. We Will definitely come back!

   I just finished the Movement Development Course and it was excellent. We worked on simple things like athletic posture and placing feet quietly, but those basics have made a huge difference. I’m climbing smoother now, with more control instead of just muscling my way up. Before the course I was battling to get through 15s — now I’m climbing 16s clean and even starting to work on an 18. If you want to feel more solid on the wall, I’d definitely recommend it.

   A Fantastic Leaders Climbing Course – Highly Recommend! We both recently completed the Leaders Climbing Course at the Kind Foundation Adventure Centre and loved it! The small group size made a huge difference — there was plenty of time for individual questions, practice, and in-depth guidance. The course content was spot on: well-paced, practical, and touched on all the essential areas without ever feeling overwhelming. I especially appreciated the two-session format, which gave time for things to settle and allowed us to build confidence and understanding between sessions. A special mention has to go to our instructor, Will. He was absolutely outstanding — calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly experienced, even if he never made a big deal about it. Will has a gentle, encouraging teaching style that made the learning environment feel safe and supportive, and he never missed a detail. He even took time to show us a few extra skills when we were curious — a real bonus! The whole experience at the centre was positive and well run. If you’re considering a climbing course, I can’t recommend this one enough.

   I can’t recommend the lead climbing course with Will highly enough. I’d done the course before and the instructor was really knowledgeable, but found the information a bit overwhelming. This time, Will paced the learning really well and gave us heaps of hands-on practice, which made all the difference. By the time we made it onto the crag at the end of the second course, we all felt confident, safe, and comfortable lead climbing and cleaning. Will’s a fantastic instructor—friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable—but what stood out most was his ability to teach in a way that supports genuine understanding and long-term retention. He doesn’t just tell you what to do—he helps you understand why you're doing it, which made everything click. Loved it from start to finish and would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to build solid skills and confidence in the centre as well as on the rock.

   Perfect for my daughter's 5th birthday party. Great amount of time climbing and 45min in the party room was definitely long enough for a nibble and the cake. Table was equipped with everything we needed. Thanks!
