   Very disappointing SNS removal…. My aunty went to the outlet near Columbus Coffee to get old SNS nails removed. There was no soaking or filing off of the old polish just straight scraping and ripping it off with some tool and clippers. This was painful and has left her with broken, chipped nails. She mentioned to the technician that it was painful but she continued….

   Visited the downstairs ProfessioNail store to get my wedding nails done and they went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations!! I had perfect nails for my wedding that came out so good in every single photo. Will definitely recommend coming here to get your wedding nails done. My husband also got a manicure while we were there and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be back!

   Absolutely disappointed! Lack of professionalism and client care. Poorly done with bumps. The nail artist was more interested in the customers walking in than focusing on me. There seemed to be rush to just get the work the done without listening to the clients needs

   Edit: contact owner, basically told it was my fault and that I should have come in within 48 hours, the state of my nails would not have been obvious within 48 hours and gave a 50% off coupon, why would I go back, told her this and was matter of fact stating “this matter is now considered closed” Complete breach of consumers gaurentee act. When I stated they were in breach, I was ignored. Nails were average, air bubbles and bad paint job, she spent more time talking to colleagues and then after two days the nails started falling off one by one leaving my nails in a horrific state. My nails are literally ripped off.

   I expected to receive good service since they are located inside the mall. I wouldn’t recommend as there’s no value for money. I paid $45 to avail the foot spa and pedicure package. I was expecting for them to give my feet a good rub and remove the dry skin but they didn’t. The products they use are poor. I think one looks like a dishwashing liquid. There is not even a bubble. There’s no foot scrub or lotion even applied. My feet still looks dry. The guy who did my nails barely removed the cuticle and dry skin around my nails. I even asked for him to scrub it properly but looks like he is in hurry, and the service didn’t even take 30 minutes. There was no effort or pressure with the foot massage. No wonder no one’s coming in. Not coming back anymore. Not even 12 hours and the nail polish has already chipped.

   My low rating wasn't anything to do with the staff or the work done, which was satisfactory!!!! I was asked to pay upfront for the manicure and gel french nails. It was my first visit and hence reluctant to do that. However, I wish I had of, to save the embarrassment at payment time. If I had of known they didn't take Visa/Debit payment I would have gone elsewhere for a bit cheaper actually, as I had a wonderful experience in the city centre. The staff member walked with me to the ATM so I could collect cash, so I wouldn't disappear I assume, how embarrassing. I couldn't transfer payment as I didn't have 4G and my phone was being repaired. I have used the ING Visa/Debit card for 2 years internationally and for 2 months in Christchurch and this is the first refusal situation ever. The business can accept payment anyway they like, but this should be documented CLEARLY on entry. A total deal breaker for me, I won't return and its manners to inform customers of the restricted conditions of payment. This is a very antiquated business cost cutting policy.

   I’ve been coming to this place in Riccarton since March, the staff here are so lovely and accommodating to what kind of nail I like. I normally have the gentleman in there and he is very kind, knows what to do and gentle. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone that’s wanting their nails done. 10/10

   so I had gel nails with extensions and french polish done and was really happy at first, but after a couple of days, I noticed that the corners on a couple of nails werent done very well, as you can see in the photos, the air and dirt can come between the gel and my nails and it isnt easy to clean :/ wouldnt recommend and wont be going back there again :/

   Normally I have okay service with professionail, today was lack luster. The effpos machine failed and they had to make me do a bank transfer. They shaped the nails as I requested and the colour I chose was fab. But the polish didn't even last 24hrs. I got home and washed my hands and noticed the paint peeling as pictured. I will not be returning.
