Today I received exceptional service/treatment!! My natural nails required repairs as a result of a shabby job done at a different salon. I highly recommend these ladies!!
While I don’t want to post a bad review as the ladies were lovely I have to post an honest one. It’s a nice place for the older gals who go regularly as their job looked nicer. But even though I made an appointment, the job seemed rush as they took on every customer that walked in the door to get me out. Little attention paid to prep, the nails were barely buffed, there was dust everywhere and because the nails don’t get cleaned thoroughly whatever’s put on doesn’t stick well. In less than two weeks I’ve had two nails break and more extensions lifting because of this. The gel is overly thick, all underneath the nails and wobbly at the cuticle, and my nail ends are different sizes as well as not being shaped smoothly. Under the extensions my natural nails are cut to different sizes and not really filed.
4.55 is my grade but there has to be room for improvement. Such a great place and all the beauticians are so friendly and gracious. We (daughter and I) shifted from the Palms to Eastgate as this studio is competitive on friendly atmosphere, quality of work, price, and communication.
I love this nail salon. The staff here are so warm and friendly. I’ve had acrylics, dipping power, tips and builder gel and haven’t had any issues with them. Some staff are better at it than others as in most places but if I ever have any issues with them they will always repair them straight away ;)

Absolutely always an amazing experience here with the ladies. From the service to the experience and definitely the work. I have been coming here religiously for about 5 months now, and I am never disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 star nails

Whilst on holiday from Auckland, I decided to get my nails done. When looking at different places to go, I found a design from Eastgate Nails that I really liked. The lady who did my nails was very gentle, and was very nice. She was excellent at small talk, and gave me exactly what I wanted!! Definitely recommend ☺️
Fantastic ladies to do your nails in a friendly environment. Very satisfied everytime I go and have a pedicure and manicure. Recommend highly.
