Still says open 9AM-2PM on Saturdays on their website and Google. I just saw a previous review mentioning that TWO MONTHS ago already too. Total contempt for their customers as they still have not updated it. Thank you for also wasting my time driving all the way from out of town to collect something. Seriously folks, get your act together.
Hopeless staff, not interested in coming to see you in the timber yard, and told me to get THEIR staff to get the code for the timber in order to pay. i walked out left the timber behind and went elsewhere never going back
Found the team on the trade desk very helpful, Johnny was the guys name, I went to buy a chuck key, but wasn't available, but they were very helpful and pleasant
Beware - only shop here if absolutely necessary. VERY expensive compared to other hardware suppliers. Manager unapologetic and blasé regarding pricing discrepancy, or doing anything about it. (The guy on the counter was somewhat sympathetic, however). See you later Placemakers.
Fail of you have a job and need stuff. Mitre 10 is the way forward.no point selling stuff that needs parts but doesn't have them eg nail gun no nails. Deck jacks no spikes......pointless
Bought a drill on Saturday had to return it on Monday as the trigger was broken. The two guys behind the desk were more interested in watching the cricket on the tv than being helpful. One of them was very rude aswel.
Hi there. Sent dad in from out of town to pick up building supplies on my account. 5 past 5 before a long weekend closing at six. He was treated like he was too late. He was told he couldn't get certain things due to them deciding to shut early. Now I'm short supplies and will have to head into town again. Review from Luke Hansby.
