Honestly you couldn’t wish for better service I went down there to get the coolant levels checked in my car. Steve was great he checked everything and told me I had at least another 8 to 12 months before I need to do anything, he could’ve told me I needed to change right now but he didn’t, thank you Steve!

Top experience with Birch Ave Radiators! We had an emergency visit on a Monday lunchtime because our radiator was leaking and we couldn't drive anymore. Steve welcomed us with open arms and did his utmost to find a solution quickly. He ordered the right radiator for our van and delivered it the very next day. On Tuesday he took delivery of the new radiator, replaced it and tested it. We were back on the road at 2pm and, after driving for 2 hours without any problems, we were relieved to see everything working normally again. Steve took great care of us. Steve is professional, human and accommodating. We highly recommend Steve and Birch Ave Radiators! He put a smile back on our faces at a complicated time. Absolute top bloke. Professional and knowledgeable service. If you have radiator issues with your vehicle, for the best service in town I willingly highly recommend Birch Ave Radiators. Tucked away down a longer driveway but big yellow sign out the front that really stands out about halfway down Birch Ave on the left. This business is a real asset to Tauranga and Steve the owner can be rightfully proud of it.
Best experience from a supplier I can remember. Steve fixed a leak in my radiator at very short notice which allowed me to keep my business operational, at a very reasonable price I should add. Steve is an instantly likeable guy who goes to great lengths to make sure customers will be back again, as I certainly will be!
Steve was so helpful and friendly! We weren't exactly sure what was going on with our radiator, so he ran a quick test and talked us through it, teaching us what to watch out for, etc. And throughout it, he was so nice! Even when we tried to pay him as a thank you, he politely declined. I highly recommend Birch Ave Radiators.
