   Mod’s is the place to go if you are looking for experienced stylists. It’s clean. Tidy. Stylish. Professional. Anna is absolutely fantastic. She is an expert in color. If you are wanting a change she is the wonderful person you must see. All of the staff are friendly, (especially you Tristan!) experienced and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing.    Have always had great service and haircuts with Behrooz. Had to book with another stylist last time and had to wait quite a while. This week I'd booked an apptmt over the phone for 12.00 (txt message confirmed 12.00) and was told on arrival my apptmt was 2pm!

   Mods hair was amazing! I went to a different salon and ended up with a terrible uneven haircut, and called Mods who managed to fit me in for an appointment to fix it the next day. When I went in they managed to fix the damage and cut my hair to an even length, as well as soften the ends so they were no longer blunt and chunky. The results were great and the salon was a very professional, clean setting, and all the hair stylists were lovely. Definitely would recommend!

   The best salon experience I have ever had, I went from long ish bleached blonde tips to a brown bob and i am so happy with the results. Thank you to Berhooz for his amazing work and the rest of the team for making my visit so enjoyable! I will most definitely be coming back!

   I had very high expectations. Went in for a big cut. I went to uni for hairdressing and we were taught to leave Conditioner in and work it in for acouple minutes. This was not my experience. Great hairwash but did seemed rushed even though I was only 1 of 2-3 in the salon. There was no measuring of my hair or making the bands even that I wanted to cut off to donate. And we did have a discussion about what is happening with the hair. Some are a inch difference which does make a difference to the people its going to. The cut seemed nice and even put abit of curl in for me. When the curls dropped 2 hours later (expected the curls to last alot longer than that) the cut was uneven and left some scraggly pieces. Went in the next day for a tidy up which they very kindy fit me in. Fixed the scraggly bits. But I told them it was longer on the left side. They then said no it's longer on the right and cut more of that side off. I was terrified of how much shorter it would go if I asked them to cut the other side,even though they were determined it was even now. Paid $140 for myself to cut it at home. It's now even but shorter than I wanted. The staff were lovely but disappointed by price and results.

   Visited Mods for the 1st time today and what an exceptional experience! All staff were great and welcoming and the place looks lovely. Katherine was my stylist and she was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and has done an amazing job, I absolutely love it!

   Friendly people... But obnoxiously impractical. Waited for 20 minutes even when arrived on time. Was not told why I was waiting when 90%of the staff finished with thier clients on time, except one person, who I was assigned to my cut. I wanted a quick 5 minute 0 clipper done. Was interested in paying for a hair cut. I didn't care about price. But was basically told they won't do the service because they prefer taking the time to upsell for the next visit. Apparently an undercut would be too expensive for me, according to the receptionst, which I found quite pretentious. Judgey? Possibly. Trying too hard to say nicely " we don't serve your kind " being a coloured women in her late twenty's, a technician dressed in Lululemon. There was no compromise or service offered by another available staff member. And I was recommended to find some where else that would provide that specific service. The whole interaction was a waste of time, and horrible service. I would have been okay with having a different hair dresser, or paying to get better service, I felt invisible there and not as special as they seemed to promote themselves to make people feel. I was excited to go to a nice hair salon for once, but that put me off getting my hair done ever. If they just cut my hair and charged me a stupid amount, that would have been better than being told to find some where lower market.
