1st pic is what we ordered and second pic on the right is what we got. The flowers in second pic on the left would have been closer to what we wanted based on the pic on the website, and were ordered from another flower shop. Would not use Bethlehem floral studio again.
Vicky the florist put together a lovely flower arrangement on the spot. A gift for my sister. Exactly what I had in mind. Vicky is a talented lady and the shop is well organised with fresh high quality flowers, and in orderly fashion. My sister loved the flowers. Will be visiting again when in Tauranga.
A family member's parent died very suddenly and unexpectedly. We ordered the elegant pastel Pedirka Sunrise in a hatbox- instead Vicky of Bethlehem Floral Studio delivered a horribly wrong and garish bouquet! I was upset Vicky did not return my frantic calls from 3pm that day - I eventually got her around 11 am the following day! SHE DID NOT APOLOGISE for not supplying what we ordered ! She told me to contact the bereaved family and request they put the TWO day old bouquet outside for her to collect. She said she would refund only when she got the old flowers back!! The delicate pastel coloured pict is what we ordered- the garish rather scruffy bouquet was what Bethlehem Floral Studio delivered - it was horrible in comparison.. We ordered elsewhere and suggest you avoid Bethlehem Floral Studios as you cannot be sure your recipients will ever get what you so carefully chose and paid for!
Worst delivery service ever from this group even when specifying a direct place and a contact number of the person who would be receiving the flowers, the flowers was left at the wrong location and got miss placed, After searching for it for a full day it was found and the flowers was damaged and clearly not good quality. After complaining about it the response is that it was delivered and not there problem. I would suggest looking for another florist.
Pre-ordered flowers about 2 weeks ago to be delivered on the 14th of May. They were delivered today, on the 13th of May instead, and I had received no information about them not being able to deliver on the day I had paid and booked for. There was no communication from them at all, nothing on their website or in the email I received confirming that my order was placed for the 14th of May. They were delivered today and I called and all the lady said was "Sorry, we should've told you that we can't deliver to The Lakes tomorrow. I can't do anything about it now." As well as this, I ordered the same flowers I ordered last year and this year they were completely different and did not look like the image advertised at all. The lady said "The individual flowers are more expensive than last year, which is why there is a difference," but nowhere on the website or when I ordered was it stated that they would be reducing the quality and number of flowers. So disappointed, if I had known that they would not deliver on the correct day and not give the flowers that I had paid for, I would have not paid or booked with them. Absolutely no communication from their end. The images provided show the flowers I had paid for according to their website vs what I actually received.
Highly recommend, ordered online as i live in Australia, the website is super easy and hassle free. The flowers were delivered the same day. And they were so beautiful. Thank you so much X
