   Well, as a Chinese I like the brand, that why I bought the Ranghood. I undetstand you give the installation works to someone else to do, but if they don't do a good work and provide a bad service, that will add on to the brand mane. The installation fee is very high and it doesn't include the duct, only after a couple of months the tape between the duct and the machine came off, asked the guy and sent photos took a whole day to reply, I was told that wasnot part of the warranty, and asked me to prepare some cash for repair, and after I said it's faulty installation never heard from him again. The instalation fee is high exclude duct, and paid cash, which means they don't pay tax, I wonder what Commerce Commission will say about that?!
