   Hygienist visit - It was interesting to me to be back in a very plain room, looking a bit shabby, painted in a grey green colour and with a basic, plain fluorescent light on the ceiling. It brought back the horrors of the NZ Dental Nurse as a kid. My recent experiences elsewhere (NZ & US) have had tvs on the ceiling, headphones, music, windows. One Dentist was singing along with the 80’s hits. Bright, lovely colors on the ceiling, attractive lighting. I know which one I prefer. I’ll go back to them. 3 stars because the staff were pleasant.

   My dentist for 10 years, absolutely fantastic, both the dental service with David and also teeth cleaning with Megan. I tend to be a bit picky because one of my parents is a dentist and I also have sensitive teeth (ironic), so good dental care is a must. This place is great :)

   I have just finished up major dental work with David and his lovely assistant at Merivale Dental Group and I wanted to leave a review of the fantastic experience I’ve had. I haven’t been their easiest patient and came in for a consultation with major dentist anxiety ( very negative experience at a my previous dentist ) and tooth decay due poor choices on my part. David was warm and non judgemental and reassured me that I could have heathy pain free teeth again. After many appointments I can truly say I feel the best I have in years and am not afraid of the dentist anymore! Also special mention to Luccia in reception for putting up with my many phone calls, you are amazing! We’ve definitely found our new family dentist. Thanks so much guys.

   From my first contact over the phone to Merivale Dentist the receptionist was amazing, very polite, answered all my questions very professionally and wasn't rushed to end the call .she arranged an appointment for the following day . Which I attended , very welcoming on entry , David Rowley was very professional, took his time to listen and answer all my questions. We discussed different options , full examination was given , with x-rays , price was given . I managed to book an appointment for the following day for treatment. So back today . Excellent service and staff Will update after my appointment today Amazing service was provided, from the front of counter staff , to David himself. Don’t hesitate to contact this amazing business So another visit to Merivale Dental Group 10/11/2022 . I rang needing An emergency appointment on the Wednesday 9/11/2022 , as part of my tooth broke away . Was told there was an appointment for 3.30pm the following day !! David and his team did an amazing job once again . It’s a pleasure to be greeted at the front counter by an professional and politely. To which the seeing David and his great professional manner. David makes you feel comfortable and at easy ( like many people I used to not like going to the dentist) but after my first visit to Merivale Dental Group I had no hesitation on going back straight away after my lasted tooth problem. In the past I would have let the tooth get worse to the degree that it would need pulling out . Not anymore, go see the team at Merivale Dental Group and see for yourself. 5 stars on this visit

   Very friendly and professional team. It was all together a very pleasant experience starting from the front desk- being welcomed by the receptionist Stella and made comfortable. I saw Megan today for my regular dental hygiene. As usual, Megan was enthusiastic and informative. She not only did a great job in cleaning my teeth, but also provided great advice and suggestions about how to keep them clean and healthy.
