Louise is very friendly and made Ruby relaxed being in a new environment before grooming her. I was very happy with the cut and won't be going anywhere else and my wife loved the cut as well. Excellent job Louise see you for Ruby's next grooming appointment.

First class dog grooming in Papamoa. Fantastic service from start to finish, Louise is very pleasant and super friendly. She put both me and our dog (Monty) at ease almost instantly, Monty thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and has never looked so good. Louise's grooming facilities are brilliant, brand new and as good as any dog groomers I've ever been to before. I highly recommend Louise and Hair of the Dog Grooming. Definitely 5 stars.
