   I have used this groomer for several years (my last dog and current dog). Today they were really rude because my dog kept crying. Clearly their expansion has taken away their care for customers. I will not be using them again!!!! Such poor customer service

   Dont use this service! We share same feedback/experience with Steve Castle below! (unfortunately hadnt read before) Visited (my partner Romy) in advance to confirm service and type of cut for Wire Haired Parson Russell Terrier (hand plucking) and was assured of service. Dog was returned cleaned shaved, down to skin, even with open wound on neck! Response? "the dog will be fine for summer now"!

   Very poor service. Instructed the owner, Jozi, how we wanted our dog trimmed and was told it would be done the way she wanted as it was her reputation at stake. Our dog was returned shaved (needlessly) and in places down to the skin. If you care for your dog don’t take it here.
