   My experience as a customer of Moana Spas was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had high hopes for a quality spa that would provide relaxation and comfort, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The spa I received was poorly constructed with cheap materials, compromising safety and functionality. It constantly malfunctioned and broke down, causing immense inconvenience and frustration. To make matters worse, Moana Spas failed to honour their warranty despite promising otherwise during the sales process. When I sought assistance from their customer service, they showed complete indifference and disregarded my consumer rights. This breach of trust and unethical behavior is deeply disheartening. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Moana Spas. The misleading information, subpar product quality, and lack of warranty support demonstrate the company's lack of professionalism and integrity. Such practices are simply unacceptable in the business world. I sincerely hope that Moana Spas management addresses these issues promptly and takes necessary steps to rectify their deceptive practices. Transparency, honesty, and reliable service should be the foundation of any reputable company.

   We purchased a spa from Moana Spas and after 18 months it developed a problem caused by a very rare manufacturing defect. Moana Spas gave us a full warranty replacement. Totally brilliant service and great to deal with a company that has the backing of their manufacturer. Thanks to Claire , Sarah and Andy for your outstanding service.

   They are nice to start with but if you have a warranty claim don’t bother! They do not stand by their shell warranty! My shell started bubbling last January and still today I am waiting for a replacement spa under their 5 Year shell warranty! They don’t respond or look after their customers! Would never deal with again.
