    Today I visited the pool. I asked about planned lessons to avoid wasting my time with nowhere to be able to swim. Unfortunately I have rung multiple times on different days, and no one ever answers the phone. The man working there was rude and absolutely unhelpful, he told me to "look on line". Zero customer service. It would have helped if the rude staff member told me the website or name of the swim school to look up.

    My son does swimming lessons here. Have found all instructors to be great. I took off 1 star for each of the let downs. Today when I was in there the lady at the counter was rude. (first time I have had this issue in the 2 terms we have been coming) Also it would be better if the sign in fob was by the gate like the Greerton pools to let you in. There Have been multiple times where my son is late because someone is at the counter signing up or with a long enquiery and there is a line to sign in that can take 5 to 10 mins just to get in the door. Having a fob should be the quick way if it was by the door or the gate that would mean there was no hold up. On a positive note the lifeguard with the short black/dark brown hair is amazing. My son really respects her and she is always very patiently reminding him of pool safety rules.

    This place is amazing. It is a family and friend pool. For all ages, everyone can enjoy and have a good time.

    The pool is always worth a visit, but the aqua aerobics class (wed 11.15) is great. A good work out with a great instructor and friendly people all for 10$. Thank you Jordan and his lovely staff for putting this on.

    Extremely rude and racist lady as administrator, who also stares eyes at vulnerable children, who don't even understand what she's doing. Experienced twice the same experience at otumoetai pools, will never recommend to anyone to go there. Felt like doing written complaint for that.

    Staff are great. Facilities clean but they'll never get a flash rating from me until they provide decent showers. They have big floating things for the kids to have fun on, and they're open decent hours. They are my local pool and I appreciate my twice weekly swims. Water temperature is always good.
