They served us an awesome feed, the lamb was delicious, lots of flavour. Chips cooked to the perfect crisp. Highly recommend stopping in. The menu is huge aswell!
Sydenham Souvlaki is an absolute gem! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared – easily some of the best souvlaki I’ve had. The service was just as wonderful. Even when the place was busy, the owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, even bringing out a chair for us while we waited for our order when there weren’t any available. That small act of kindness really stood out and made the experience feel extra welcoming. Grateful for the warm hospitality and amazing food – we’ll definitely be back!
Have ordered here a few times and always such good food! The chicken on salad is delicious and a generous potion size, chips are yummy too! Support local and give these guys a go.
We purchased a voucher on grabone and were excited to check this place out, but haven’t been able to use the voucher. Their hours are totally inconsistent and unreliable. Advertised on grabone as being open every day from 11.30am, which was completely false. The hours on google and other sites seem to change frequently. We’ve tried to go three times and they’re always shut… why bother.
Great people , great food , great price. If anything the lamb could be chunkier as it was a bit dry, the tomato sauce was very sickly sweet, and there was too much dry cabbage. But apart from that awesome.
The salad looked nothing like the photo, it was literally just meat on lettuce. They added jalapeños which my partner doesn't eat due to dislike of spicy. I ordered pita breads and I didn't even get the sauces, what am I going to do with plain pita bread. Wont be back.
Absolutely to die for Souvlaki. The smell is incredible and somehow the taste, from first to last, is even better. They clearly take pride in their food and I will for sure be a regular. I can't wait to taste the rest of their no doubt as incredible menu. I talked to one of the guys when they were thinking of opening just at random in the dairy next door. He was extremely passionate about opening it and said it was his dream. Got to support people like that, especially when they make food as good as theirs.
