Although I live close by, I prefer to go to CBD or to Westfield branches due to unfriendly service at Merivale.
Great customer service. Very helpful staff. Excellent products
No service at all! 2 girls doing inventory, no hello, offer to help, wondered around collecting items I wanted to try on, they obviously saw me carrying 4 hangers of clothes, no offer to put in changing room, went to try on, no one came to offer assistance, put clothes on rack and walked out, I was not impressed! Pretty sure I'm not invisible! Tell your staff to be more attentive to the people who buy your products and keep them employed!
Extremely poor service. I waited at the counter and the staff kept on ironing the clothes first of all. Went to return an online bought coat and I was told to come back as the manager was not there. The staff could not process returns. I asked her if I can leave the coat there as it was inconvenient to carry it around and she told me to take it with me and she cannot keep the coat in the shop for 20 minutes.
Happy with my purchase,the store setup is beautiful and inviting but the staff could be more cheerful and helpful.
