   I recently shopped at Shineon Pap for the first time . Kat must have seen the overwhelm on my face as I walked in feeling very defeated after trying at least 6 other stores to find a last minute dress to wear to a wedding , heavily pregnant . She immediately approached and instantly kicked into help mode for what to find. She walked me through some suggested styles and colour choices and we were able to narrow it down to a few dresses to try on. I was able to find a very beautiful bright pink dress that fitted really nicely and will be a great multi purpose dress. She went above and beyond to help me, and I will definitely look in shineon again. Thank you for the amazing help Kat !

   I’ve recently shopped at Shine on for the first time and I had the best experience! I went in with limited time but the wonderful Liv was so helpful and was able to help me out in many ways. I went in to shop for a dress and pants and managed to leave with several outfits that I was very pleased with! Liv was able to pick out items I wouldn’t have seen myself. I will absolutely shop there again and hopefully be served again by Liv!

   I love my new jeans and jacket Stella helped me find! Stella was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She made the whole experience feel personal and fun, helping me find exactly what I was looking for (and a few things I didn’t know I needed!). You can tell she really knows the products and cares about helping customers feel great in what they wear. Thanks, Stella; you’re a star!

   I had an amazing trip to ShineOn Christchurch. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt relaxed and excited to see everything in store. I was greeted by Kat and asked how my day was going? She also asked if I was looking for anything in particular and if I need any assistance? After talking with Kat, I found the jeans and went to try them on while she looked for tops to pair them with. Kat's service was incredible - she showed me options and also looked to see about sizes out the back. I walked away from the store feeli g uplifted, confident in my new purchases and so thankful for the fantastic Kat! She made my day 10/10.

   Customer service in store was shocking. No one helped, even with an armful of clothing items, found my own fitting room, spent a good 15minutes trying everything on, despite other women coming and going from the change rooms. It wasn't until I came out with everything was anything said. The staff member knew I was there. I did not buy anything despite me wanting several of the items, rather spent my money at another store with exceptional customer service.

   Impressive range of clothing, with so much variety. There was a sale on, so the store was very busy, a lovely sales assistant Georgia, helped me with great suggestions, some I wouldn't have thought suited me, but did. She ran back & forward from the dressing room to check sizing and other options, I left with some lovely clothes, feeling great!

   This store is sadly let down by its customer service. Shine on has a policy of no refunds. Store credit only. This is fine if you change your mind. If the product is faulty or ordered online and the wrong size and they can not provide you with the right size, they can not keep your money. It is outside of the consumer guarantees act. It doesn’t matter what they state on their website. They can not keep your money if they can not supply the product. I see from other negative reviews that people have had issues with this. Hopefully this helps others have a better experience
