   I usually love this shop because of the variety of clothing option. However today was a little bit different. Me and my daughter, who is not yet a teenager, decided to try on a couple of shirts. We were going to go into the changing rooms when a staff stopped us. She said it was one person per changing room. I get that she may have been busy but her tone was not friendly at all. When I tried to explain my situation because I was a bit confused she completely cut me off with an annoyed expression, repeated her words in a rude and loud voice. This was not a pleasant experience and could've been approached differently. In addition, I think there should be a sign in front of the changing rooms explaining its one person per changing room.

   Usually love coming to this store, but today was well awkward...(27/09/2025,) A young man behind the counter very loudly telling his co workers of drunken story that landed him in hospital. Couldn't wait to leave! Usually have very friendly staff there that actually acknowledge you as you walk in, but none of that today! My 16 year old daughter was not impressed with your story and stopped us from buying anything today!

   The staff on during the busy Christmas rush were doing a fabulous job. It was awesome to see some young guys working there. They were very helpful in such hectic conditions.

   I think the behavior of a male staff member who was waiting right outside of the changing rooms my daughter was in just to accuse her of stealing embarrassing her and making her feel very uncomfortable is completely unacceptable. As you found out she did not take anything she never would and the way you made her feel was terrible. No sorry I got it wrong from your staff member nothing. She still spent her money in your store but I have told her to never do that again considering there were female staff on a man waiting right by the door seems very unnecessary. As dose the way you handled the who situation. Highly disused in this store Also I tried calling 5 times to discuss this but no answer

   The person that served me in the store this morning was not very friendly. I tried having a conversation with her but she wasn't at all interested. She came across as very staunch. Not a good look really for a person that is face to face with customers everyday. She acted as though she was better than me. I think that I should be able to walk into a store and feel like someone is interested in me after all I am spending money there. I went back to the store today to exchange some items and the 2 ladies that were working there today were not friendly at all. I have made a decision not to shop at this store anymore. If they want my money and my custom they should be friendly and they should approach me. When I walk into a store the salesperson should make me feel welcome and they should be friendly. After all I am the one that is in there to spend my hard earned money.
