   Outstanding service. I found my dream dress on their online only selection and Aly helped me to order it without even seeing it in person or trying anything on. She took my measurements and ordered - and it’s more beautiful than I thought it would be, fits perfectly, amazing quality. She made sure there was enough time to make some optional alterations. A really great and friendly team in there, as everyone encouraged me to order the dream dress and helped me trust the process! Not to mention I only ordered about 2-2.5 months before the wedding and this amazing team pulled it off with time to spare!

   Although I didn’t get my dress from these ladies, they were so helpful & accomodating. I liked the idea of the bridesmaids/mother being involved given pegs to select their favourite dresses to try on along with myself. I would only say the quality is slightly different to other shops but this is reflected in the price which is great! Defiantly a store to stop at when trying to find the one.

   Couldn't recommend The Bridal Gallery enough! Had such a good experience with Aly, who helped me find my dress, and did the first fitting and the final fitting :) As a plus size gal I dreaded looking for the perfect dress but she made it such a fulfilling experience!! My dress got so many compliments on my big day!

   I would not recommend Bridal Gallery if you are helped by Lyn. We were clear from the start that it was my first time trying on dresses and I just wanted to get an idea of what different styles looked like on. Lyn was very pushy and expected us to buy a dress that I only slightly liked. She even went so far as to show my mother their award for Outstanding Bridal Gown Supplier 2022 and assured us we'd be back to buy a dress from them. She was more interested in making a sale than actually taking the time to work out what I liked and what worked for my body. Very disappointing and disheartening for my first bridal consultation.
