Absolutely brilliant service. Got me in the next day, had a loan car for me, brought my car to work once done and took their loan car back. Clean windscreen following install which has been missing with other companies in the past.
Superb service from this company for the mobile replacement of my windscreen thanks to Poppy - Hayden & Ethan for your awesome service all done within 3 business days of initial contact & mainly due the windscreen not being in stock I contacted another 2 well known windscreen company’s here in Tauranga as initially I wanted to compare quotes & availability of a screen for my car as yet I have had no response from them, Poppy had contacted me within an hour letting me know they did not have the screen in stock but had put the request to her supplier’s there price was good too approximately 50 % cheaper than the national corporate
Dropped off my car kinda expecting to be in for an extended wait and wandered down to the local shops Five minutes away. Can't have been there for any more than 20 minutes and a call from Poppy the receptionist said the car was ready. Pristine install with no grubby handprints :) Thanks
Had the bad luck of some one breaking in to car ,the weather rainy,windy back window letting in weather rang these guys got a price to fix it they found the replace piece ordered it the following day sent down from Auckland ,had it fixed ,waited for a couple hours all done ,back on the road again ,cheers big thanks ,john meling
Grand daughter suffered smashed windscreen so urgently required replacement prior to departure from Tauranga. Rang around windscreen replacement companies and was majorly disappointed . Rang Bay of Plenty Windscreens and from very outset received amazingly good service. Unable to fault service and workmanship. Both were absolutely outstanding and at the very best price in town. Fitted us in and work completed rapidly to a high standard. Personal service the best received in many years. Congratulations B.O.P. Windscreens on setting yourselves such a high standard at half the price of some other companies.
Haven't been in before but just had a yarn with Tyrul on the phone and he was super helpful with quotes and prices, will be popping in for an appointment because of him.
What fantastic service! In a matter of a few days they were able to have me up and running again. Easy going & friendly Staff, all they needed was my claim number from my Insurer and they dealt with the rest. Thank you Cam and Team
BAD SERVICE. Warning to all - Cheap and nasty. 2018 Job - Rubber missing from edges (as in pic) when retrieving vehicle afterhours from workshop and registration was not put back on which meant we had to drive all the way back in to pick up - he claims he would find the rubber bits from wreckers which we never saw. 2019 Job (didnt think it would get any worse) - 1 hour late 1st instalment. Windscreen leaking with water gushing in through windscreen panel drivers side. 2nd time round - botch job with black seal that didnt work (as shown in pics). 3rd attempt - pulled a no show for 9.30am and called him at 11.45 to cancel their service. Got 3 kids at home school hollies. Wasted a half day at home waiting for BOP Windscreens. Doesnt want to give a refund despite bad service. Off to disputes tribunal we go!
