My Ruby who can be very nervous is very happy to be groomed by the lovely team at Metro Paws. They are all very friendly and welcoming and Ruby comes home looking like a million bucks. Highly recommend Metro Paws as their service is outstanding
Absolutely amazing grooming service! My pup looks more gorgeous than ever, her coat is extremely soft, shiny and smells good. She even walked out with a cute little bandana and sticker. So impressed. Also recommend their daycare service, my fluff ball can’t wait to get through the gates to hang with her pup friends.
Our dogs come to Metro Paws for boarding, and more recently for grooming. Their service is outstanding, groomer has done an excellent job and we are very happy with the care our dogs receive. Would highly recommend Metro Paws to anyone looking for a place where their fur family will be very well looked after.
I am obsessed with this place. Lucy and her team are absolutely incredible. It is obvious they love what they do and love animals even more. We were given this beautiful, very untrained, 6 month old puppy Koco in December and her high energy, non-stop personality was daunting for us at first. Metro Paws FRANKTON changed that entirely. From the start, they kept me updated about any and everything regarding Koco’s comfortability as well as any adjustment issues. The communication is reassuring and their social media posts are hilarious. Koco now burns off (the seemingly unending) steam and enjoys the comradery of her dog pals as well as the company of Lucy and Sally et al. Because of the care Koco receives at daycare, she is very well socialized with other dogs and is a lot more calm at home. This place is an absolute gift and I can’t thank them enough for all they do. ♥️
Stacey is a meticulous groomer who will leave your dog looking immaculate and happy. She treats her dog clients with care and concern and you will be more than happy with the results.
Our ginger for baby is mad crazy to get in every time he goes there. Facilities are great and the staff are lovely. Have only ever been 100% happy with Metro paws. And we get ginger head groomed there too which is so convenient
My wee pooch Mia has been attending Metro paws for around 7 years now. The service they provide is incredible. I know she is in safe hands and getting the much needed exercise and social interaction she needs being border collie cross. Could not recommend them enough
My dog Maddie has attend Metro Paws for her whole life (she’s now almost 9). I totally trust the team to look after her and make sure she has a super fun day. She loves her Metro days ❤️.
