    Had the unlucky opportunity of having to deal with this company on an insurance claim. One of their drivers decided it would be a good idea to crash into a parked car. Was told someone would contact me, didnt happen and had to chase up myself. When I called apparently the boss had never promised that... what a joke and great way to handle your stuff up! Winners.

    Morale is sooo bad actually to be honest one of the worst places I've worked at the way members of the management treat some of there staff is disgraceful. For example if a recruited employee from another agency damages the product going into the containers the person who works for NZL gets the warning which is unjustified as they can't see every single product going into the containers. I'm unbiased as I don't work for NZL. But Mount Maunganui branch I'm not impressed by what I've seen. Your employees are your business it's simple.
