   The doctors are great, I see Luke Bradford and Lee Cattermole. The receptionist and admin team are so hard to deal with, making false promises about calling back same day (this has happened multiple times) and trying to charge me for a no show when I tried calling them twice before my appointment to cancel and I couldn't get hold of them, I explained to the receptionist and she told me the accounts team would call me (this is back in June) no one called. I just called them today and told them about the situation and seems like they just keep pushing it aside and making it someone else's problem.

   I have been to the practice since 1964. It was then on 22nd Ave with 3 doctors. They moved to 4th Avenue then 5th Avenue and each time more doctors arrived and some left. The team now are very friendly and usually can get an appointment when needed

   Have had nothing but an excellent experience for the last 5 years I've been using Fifth Ave. All the doctors are excellent and care a lot for their patients. Using the Health365 portal you can easily make appointments or communicate with your dr. I also like being able to see all my test results through there, as I like to take charge of my health. I highly recommend.

   Have been very happy since transferring to 5th ave family practice. Getting an appointment is simple ,if not on the day the following day. My doctor is the best. So genuine and caring and the reception staff /nurses are all amazing and Friendly . So pleased I transferred to this doctors.

   The nurses and doctors provide excellent care and are greatly appreciated. However, the experience with the reception, administrative, and financial staff has been disappointing. Their interactions with patients often come across as impatient and patronising, which detracts from the overall quality of service.

   Visiting the practice last week to support my elderly mother I was very grateful for the outstanding care and respect she, and I, received from everyone. From reception to doctor and nursing staff. With all the pressures on medical practices I couldn't believe that such care was being given. Thank-you very much.

   The nurses here are great and it’s a beautiful practise - but our regular doctor Ella was away and the doctor covering her apparently doesn’t believe that teething babies need pamol, and wants us to bring our baby in for a checkup. She’s teething and in pain, just like every other sore teething baby, she doesn’t need to be dragged out in the cold to see a doctor who doesn’t believe a mother. If you’re a parent, don’t bother bringing your kids here, you won’t be believed when you’re asking for pamol. They only prescribe really small bottles too, not the normal sizes that other doctors prescribe.

   I’m generally really happy with appts at 5th ave. My doctor is always helpful. The front of house staff/receptionists are however not very warming. I was asked if I had a mask today which I don’t. I said I have a mask exemption, the receptionist then went to say that that doesn’t matter. They must have just changed their “rules” as I have always had my mask exempt accepted there. She was not accommodating, which therefore lead me to have an anxiety attack and the worst experience I have ever had at that practice to date with having to have a mask on. I have an exempt for a reason. And my mask exemption has just as much of a stand as a mask mandate (which a mandate is not lawful). I hope you all can make a change for the better in regards to respect for peoples rights and conditions as this is not how patients should ever be treated.

   Nothing but good experiences with all staff here, kind, caring and efficient. My regular is Dr is Ella Haile and she has been fantastic. Other Drs I have seen here have also been great. Also great pharmacy staff and service. Thank you
