   It’s taken me along time to write this review .I have had two jobs done by this company the 1st a bathroom which was too say the least was extremely overpriced ,2nd earthquake repairs where the house was re bricked and completely redone internally with supposedly new internal batts used in the walls most were from other jobs and EQC paid to have the house re bricked again due to an inferior mortar job done the first time 3 different colours for a start off.

   As a previous employee of this company I can confidently say I would not recommend to a friend as the pricing is unrealistic and highly immoral. E.g, Stuart (boss) quoted for a new piece of timber but instead used an old piece covered in bird poo just to save a dollar or two not to mention it was a multi million dollar house! Stay well clear of this company!!

   No communication after first contact, builder sent info needed, they denied receiving it (which included a quote) Im always happy to pay my bills for job well done (which it was) and unfortunately I was stuck trying to source installer......had I been aware of this companys cost....would have waited.... if your happy to pay nearly $100 per hour, travel and miscellaneous items that were not specified, $90 admin fee?......use these guys. Exorbitant hourly rate to have shower installed. Not aware of any builders/installers charging that kind of hourly rate and a health & safety fee of $60 to top it off. Would never use again, I sincerely advise get a written quote.

   Worst company to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. A simple ensuite Reno that should have taken 2-3weeks took 7. Most of the time no one turned up even when we rang asking what was happening. The poorest of communication. Then two months later sent a bill for electrical work we never agreed on for 2 thousand! Only giving them 1 star because I have too. In the end they were more expensive than other more reputable companies wish we have gone with them!
