I would recommend Paul in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a mortgage or in any tricky lending situation. He found us all the options and persevered with us through a long process we were experiencing due to our own circumstances. He is always "on it" and you can rest assured, he'll find you a great deal.    Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the house-buying process easy! We started (as first-home buyers) completely clueless.
