Very happy to take your money for your insurance policies and even happier to duck for cover and not pay out on any insurance claim. 0 out of 10 in my experience. Would not recommend
I have repeatedly had issues with getting in contact with a representative and once I actually do get in contact with someone, they are always having difficulties with paperwork, technical difficulties, or deducting the incorrect amount from our account. After communicating clearly either change of ownership or the need to cancel one of our policies, my husband and I always had to follow up with them because they continued to deduct a payment from our account even after confirming our change of policy or cancellation with them. Not sure what the issue is, but would not recommend them. Very inconsistent and unprofessional.
