   The staff were nice and friendly enough- a busy day. However, they took my license photo and my eyes are closed…. The staff member only took one photo also. I now have a license with my eyes closed. It is clearly stated by NZTA that both your eyes must be clearly visible. Am I expected to have a license for the next 10 years with my eyes closed??? I would like to think that this would’ve been picked up.

   Yesterday waited for at least half an hour (a notice said they were short staffed), but there was a woman sitting at a desk who could have got on the counter to help clear all the people who were waiting. She didnt. Final straw was when a fire alarm went and everyone have to leave without completing what they went there for. Wont be going back there.

   I went to AA Centre Rototuna to convert my driver's license from Japan to NZ, and the service was amazing! The lady that helped us, Rio, was absolutely very helpful and patient. Everything went smoothly and it was done quickly! Thanks a lot!

   I had a great experience with this AA license agent! I recently visited here for my international license conversion. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and without judgment.The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.The 3 ladies sitting over there was very customer friendly. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions with patience, and made everything quick and easy. I expected to be there for hours, but they were so efficient that I was done much faster than I thought. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for reliable and stress-free service!
