From the time of reaching out on-line to getting a call back the next day (no-one else reached out that fast), then setting up a video (zoom) call to meet us both, and going through all that he could do for us, was amazing! Nothing was a problem or any questions we asked were never too small or big to answer and he put the answers in terms we understood - contacting him was never a problem. There was no pressure for us to use him once we had our zoom call. The information Michael gave us simplified the decision to go with him.
