   I shopped for some creatine that the pharmacy was showing online to have in stock. Being from out-of-town I didn't know where to find the product, so asked a middle aged staffer where I could find it. She initially said they didn't stock the item, but when I insisted, she admitted she didn't know what creatine is nor where it was. She tried, but couldn't find it on the computer at the counter. So instead of asking a colleague (shop was not busy) she went out the back - I could see her on a computer out there searching. A few seconds later I spotted the creatine on a large display and purchased from another staff. Suggest management offer their staff more product and customer service training for at least some of their staff...

   The service is not bad, but there is a certain lady who shouldn't be working in customer service if she is not capable of controlling her temper when solving a customer's request. I told her they spelled my name the wrong way in my invoice and her attitude was rude, even if I talked to her kindly. Sorry but it wasn't my mistake, and I didn't deserve to be treated that way just for a simple request.

   Just left the Pharmacy. Seriously, whats happened to the service, it used to be really good here. Two lines of people standing at the counter being actively ignored by 3 staff in black shirts. One even stood to the side of the counter at one point and yelled out can I help anyone, while I'm standing by the till, purchase on the counter card in hand: she assisted someone else. Are we doing a different thing now instead of the usual orderly line? If so I didn't get the memo. The woman behind me said it's always like this here now and told me she thought I should walk out. Hope the owner sees this and has video footage to look at.

   while I had a Pretty piss poor service here and I put up a bad review, however, Sam (the owner) has resolved this and apologised personally on behalf of his staff, but you can see there seems to be a trend showing here with others reviews? Sam then dropped off the rest of my meds after hours :-) so i have withdrawn my negative response changed from a 1 to 3 star, so thanks again Sam for doing this,

   I went to Life Pharmacy to get my flu and covid vaccination. The staff behind the counter were great - friendly and helpful. The vaccination nurse had the job done quickly with no discomfort. Will definitely go again next winter.

   Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy or their fellow pharmacy next to the Dr clinic, they have insisted I've picked up my scripts and repeats on several occasions, have been insistent and rude only to find out later like we tried to tell them that we hadn't picked it up and it was infact lost in their shop. They pack up your repeats then when u come to get them tell you you've already picked them up when u haven't then refuse to give you what your owed. This place has a bad system of dispensing meds noone seems to know what's going on or where the prescriptions are. They also get confused from one pharmacy to the other one using the same computer system . They always think they are right and that its the customers error when it's actually there poor management and substandard dispensing practices, I wouldn't even give them 1 star If u want to get short changed on ur scripts shop here

   Very rude staff. Two staff members were informally talking to each other whilst customers were waiting to be served. I waited for like 10 minutes while they were just keep talking and laughing. At the end, I just left without buying. Very much disappointing.

   Really helpful staff. Great easy to use fuji film photo studio. You can print from your phone or log into Facebook or Instagram to download pictures from these apps. Great range of cosmetics and natural remedies and you can get your prescriptions filled while you print off your latest photos
