   I always have a great experience at TBI Health. The team is very accommodating, always finding time for urgent appointments. The receptionist greets everyone with warmth and kindness, making you feel right at home. Lebo is a very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist who listens, explains and provides effective treatment that makes a real difference. They also ensure you get the right specialist referrals when needed. Highly recommend TBI Health for anyone seeking quality physiotherapy care!

   One year on from my treatment at TBI and my pain has significantly reduced and i'm in a much better place mentally. I now know that if I have increased sensitivity due to an activity, it will decrease over the next few days. I know that any discomfort I do have is not injuring my back further. I am no longer scared of being active and no longer scared of the pain which means a sense of freedom from the pain that was holding me back. Although the physical therapy has helped, it's the therapy around the mental side of pain that has been the game changer. Thanks TBI, you were a game changer for me!

   I have had a team looking after me throught TBI. They all have done a wonderful job at looking after my needs. Teaching me how to manage my new disability. Teaching me how to manage pain and the give me tools on how to move forward. I have found all of them very professional. They are highly skilled and have helped me navigate the system. Thanks team I really appreciate all you guys .

   I have never had a worse experience with the reception of a medical centre. I was referred to Dr Goodwin Choy by my GP, in May. Following an earlier car accident. After waiting three to four months for this much needed appt, it was accidentally cancelled via a vague text, just three days before it was due. The very same day, realising what had happened, I phoned reception and spoke several times to receptionist Maureen Brown. She was bored, disinterested in helping, laughed about mistakes that get made, actually blasphemed and told me this wasn’t her problem. She referred it on to her manager, who never bothered to contact me. In desperation I managed to get an appt with another clinic, in another town, at the end of this month, and have left a message with them to transfer files. Abominable service. Really disgusted.

   I'm totally amazed at the help that I've recieved from the staff at the TBI Clinic. I don't have much faith in Physio Therapists, but after 31 yrs of bad pain in my back I'm now getting great advice. My back is a permanent injury but the exercises I'm doing are great. I reccomend this clinic as a must.

   Don't call and ask for help here. Even after (very nicely) apologising that I wasnt sure if I had the right number and explained my situation (I was given the phone number by another doctor... I had the right doctor but the wrong office). I was shouted at by the receptionist woman with her going off at me for calling there. Again I apologised, explained why I had the number and explained why I was trying to get in contact with the doctor... She kept shouting all these other options without letting me speak (I've tried everything) It ended with her saying, "yeah well that's not my problem, bye." and hung up on me. I think I spoke 5 words the whole time and most of them was sorry!
