We have been looked after for 25 years by the dedicated team at John's Photo Pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. We wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Extremely long wait times and the pharmacist just helps whoever he feels like helping instead of following the queue. Chemist warehouse across the street is much more pleasant and way better prices

Our family used this pharmacy for multiple years. Lots to look at in a pleasant environment. However the culture of the place changed. I had a very unpleasant experience with a front of house staff member. There were multiple customers waiting for prescriptions etc. I left this pharmacy distressed and humiliated. This happened approximately 3 to 4 years ago. Fortunately our present pharmacy is excellent.

They are absolutely amazing. We had our prescription sent in the afternoon and they ordered it in same day and got it to us that night after no one else get it for us same day. The staff were super empathetic and really good to deal with. Sad they can't be our usual pharmacy.

It looks small from the outside but is surprisingly big on the inside and packed with merchandise (so it's not exactly spacious). We were able to consult with a very helpful pharmacist who helped us sort out some medication questions and issues so we'd know what to ask for when we went to the doctor. We give this place a thumbs up, but it would be nice to see them move into a bigger space to make it a bit more roomy.
